Where is my refund?
The IRS no longer gives specific dates for when you’re are going to receive your refund. Most refunds are given 2-4 weeks after they have been submitted. You can check online yourself.
How much does it cost to do my taxes?
Our short form (One W2, no dependents or credits) starts at $69, the long form starts at $98; we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and check. For qualified applicants tax preparation fees can be deducted from your refund for a nominal bank fee. Our fees are based on the forms needed and required to legally maximize your refund. We will never charge you for unnecessary forms.
Do you review taxes from previous years?
We would be more than happy to review tax returns prepared from another tax service for free. If we see that your taxes were done incorrectly or that you did not get the full refund you deserve, we can amend your previous years’ tax returns.
My friend got a bigger refund than me, why?
We can’t tell you why your friend got a bigger refund, all situations are different and certain variables contribute to bigger or lesser refunds.
